The 2014 'Tis the Seasoning! ornament is the first release in Hallmark’s short-lived “Tis the Seasoning” series. This series features complementary pairs of whimsical holiday salt-and-pepper shaker–style ornaments — or milk & cookie–themed ornaments — meant to add a playful, cozy kitchen-oriented touch to holiday décor. The 2014 pair evokes a classic holiday snack-time vibe, with one piece shaped like a vintage milk bottle and the other like a gingerbread cookie, both adorned with festive details. The set is designed for tree hanging or display and — when new — comes with its original Hallmark Keepsake box. The ornament is purely decorative, with no lights, sound, or mechanical parts, so it doesn’t require batteries or cords.
