This 1988 “Christmas Watch” ornament features a charming little white mouse perched atop an hourglass draped in festive lights, symbolizing the “watching” or anticipation of the holiday season. The rendition is hand-painted in classic holiday tones—bright red bow on the mouse, golden hourglass details and evergreen accents—bringing a playful yet refined collectible look. It belongs to Enesco’s “Treasury of Christmas” series, offering vintage appeal and detailed craftsmanship that resonates with both tree-display enthusiasts and seasoned ornament collectors. With its blending of whimsical subject-matter (mouse + hourglass) and nostalgic 1980s styling, it makes an exceptional addition to a themed holiday collection.
